Workshops are an essential component of Strawberry Fields, allowing people to interact, step out of their comfort zones and learn new skills.

With a program including dance, yoga, craft, talks and circus play, there's something for everyone to flex their mind and body.

Join Dja Dja Waurrung/ Yorta Yorta Artist Stephanie Taylor for a mindful aboriginal weaving workshop that explores the themes of  reconnection and healing through art. Stephanie aims to inspire other to use creativity as a means of personal growth and healing.

Learn how to forage and safely make your own medicine. Guided by a qualified naturopath & herbalist, this immersive, earthy workshop will teach you the art and alchemy of creating herbal remedies that honour the seasons, your body, and the land.

Increase Radiance, Immunity, Vitality, and deep rejuvenation with Paige Harris. Expect to move into elation, connection, even telepathy, as you discover a greater way of responding to stress in both body and mind.

Drop into a nurturing yoga session guided by breath and intuition. Flow through gentle movement to unlock tension, deepen presence, and reconnect with your body’s wisdom. Open to all levels; come as you are.

Beginner friendly, no experience required. Everyone is welcome to join us for an introduction into the fun and playful world of partnered yoga, incorporating some basic partner acrobatic principals and skills.
